Combining classic charm with modern elegance, the Mega French Chateau Estate stands as a testament to innovative design. Facing an estimated eight-year timeline for natural stone cladding, the decision to utilize stone veneer with four-inch insulation transformed the project into a modern castle.
Project Challenges
Every aspect of this project posed a challenge as we pushed the boundaries of traditional methods and embraced new ideas. Working within Part 3 of the BC Building Code and coordinating various consultants required meticulous alignment to realize the project’s vision.
