Project Challenges

Implementing 2” rock wool insulation behind the brick wall required a foundation thickness of 12” with a 6” ledge to accommodate the brick. Challenges arose due to the level of the property, impacting the installation of a septic tank and managing groundwater without a city storm connection. Additionally, achieving approval for ditch infill proved another hurdle in the project’s progress.
