Project Summary
Mila Djuras from Intermind Design orchestrated the comprehensive design of the residence at 545 Ferris. Construction commenced following the demolition of the existing structure, with significant upgrades to both wet and dry utilities, as well as the basement floor. Through meticulous planning of retaining walls, the new house boasts full accessibility from all sides.

- Utilization of steel beams to expand the basement, creating a spacious rec room.
- A visually striking floating staircase seamlessly connects all three floors.
- Introducing Hardie board in a panelling style for exterior cladding enhances the architectural appeal.
