Project Challenges
Pioneering innovative construction methods, we volunteered as test subjects for the mono-pour Insulated Concrete Forms and footings, streamlining the building process. A detached garage designed to accommodate motorcycles was seamlessly integrated into the backyard, matching the architectural style of the main house. Incorporating high ceilings with faux beams and intricately crafted wooden ceilings posed a significant challenge during construction.
